1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

6. Warranty Information

Certain products may include supplier or manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms vary depending on the product.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
